Chili Tamale Casserole 3 cans of tamales 1 can of chilli with beans 8 oz bag shredded cheddar and white cheese 1 onion bag of frito corn chips Remove tamales from wrappers Cut up onion into small chunks Place tamales into 3 quart casserole dish Pour onions over tamales Spread chilli over top Bake in oven until hot Cover with cheese and corn chips
