Texas Chilli (serves 6) 1-2lbs of steak (cubed) 1 pack of bacon 1 pack, chilli seasoning 2 cans, chilli or kidney beans (15 oz can) 1 can, diced tomatos 1 onion (chopped) 1 pack, shredded cheddar cheese 1 bag, corn chips 2 cups water In skillet, fry bacon until crisp, remove to plate, set aside. Brown steak in bacon grease In large pot, combine beans, tomatos, seasoning and water. Stir well and heat until boiling slightly. Add meat, continue to cook at a steady simmer (lowering heat as necessary) until meat is tender and juices are dark, rich, and starting to thicken, about 2 hours.
