Chinese Hamburger Casserole 1 lb hamburger 2 diced onions 1 can cream mushroom soup 1&1/2 soup cans of water 1/2 cup raw rice 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 tsp pepper 1 large can of chinese noodles Brown meat (drain grease), add all contents EXCEPT noodles. Bake covered @ 350 deg. for 40 min. Spread noodles over top and bake uncovered 5-10 more minutes
