Cornbread Casserole 1 can whole kernal corn, drained (15oz) 1 can cream corn (15oz) 1 stick melted butter ie. (1/2 cup, or 8 tbs) 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix (8oz) 2 eggs Mix everything together, spray dish, pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until firm.
