Hash Brown and Ham Casserole *** This fills 9X9 Dish. Double for 13X9 Ingredients: 12 oz. frozen hash browns ½ stick of butter, melted 1 cup (1/4lb.) shredded hot pepper cheese 1 cup. Shredded Swiss cheese 1 cup of diced ham 4 eggs ½ cup of light cream or milk ¼ teaspoon of seasoned salt Directions 1. Preheat oven to 425 degree. 2. Thaw hash browns and mix with melted butter. 3. Press in bottom and up the sides of a 9”pie pan to make crust. 4. Bake 25 minutes. 5. Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature. 6. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the crust. 7. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight if desired 8. When ready to cook, preheat oven to 350 degrees. 9. Uncover and bake 30 -40 minutes. Yields: 6 -8 servings
