Penne Pasta 1 pack smoked sausage 1 bell pepper 1 tomato 1 jar spaghetti sauce (25 oz) 1 box penne rigate pasta (16 oz) 1) Cut sausage into checker size slices, place in skillet with 1/4" of cold water. 2) Cover skillet and steam sausage for 7 minutes. (Do next 2 steps while waiting) 3) Cut up tomato and bell pepper into chunks, whatever size desired 4) Boil entire box of pasta until soft 5) Pour water out of skillet, and brown sausage. 6) Combine sauce, tomatos, and bell peppers with sausage and cook until simmering. 7) Serve like spaghetti
