SWAMP SOUP- 2 (10 oz. pkg.) fresh, chopped turnip greens 1 small onion, chop very fine 1 pack of DRY Knorr Vegetable Soup mix 1 15 oz. can of northern beans 1 15 oz. can of navy beans 5 cups of low sodium chicken broth 1 lb. smoked sausage, slice thin & quarted 1 tsp of Tabasco sauce 1 tsp of garlic powder Pepper to taste Directions: Brown sausage in a skillet. Cook onions in main pot until transparent & tender. Add sausage and cook with onions just a little bit. Add everything else to pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer until peas are done.
