TACO SOUP Serves 6 adults Ingredients: 2 pounds ground beef 1 small onion, chopped 3 cans Mexican style stewed tomatoes 1 (15oz) can pinto beans (or jalapeno pinto beans) 1 can whole kernel corn 1 can mixed vegetables 1 envelope taco seasoning mix 1 envelope Ranch dressing mix 2 cups water Directions: Brown beef, drain fat, then cook with onions. Combine all ingredients in large soup pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer about 30 minutes.
